Cold.

It was so cold this morning, after my dog went out for a pee, I had to chop him off a tree trunk.

I have always liked Canadians. I can't explain why. I just do. However, I have to ask you to STOP sending all your freezing-ass cold-front air my way. It's just plain mean.

The high today in MN is -1. THE HIGH, people.

That is -1 degree fahrenheit.

Have mercy on us, eh?

Good god woman. Stay inside. With a fire and hot beverages spiked with liquor.
I hate cold weather with a passion and complain regularly about the temperatures in Ohio so I give you a lot of credit for braving MN winters. You're like a modern day pioneer.

Sheesh. Cold, indeed. It's a balmy 50 here in Boston today. And it's supposed to be below freezing this weekend. Just to keep us on our toes, I suppose.

Stock up on food and drink and have an indoor pajama party all (three day!) weekend.

P.S. I'm sorry.

Ohhhhh, I think we just got your cold weather here. All the liquid was sucked out of my hands in about 39 seconds outside. I had to take a cab to the bus 'cuz I was afraid my ears would crack off.

This sucks. Can I blame Canada, too?

Damn! That is cold, and we’ve had a fairly mild winter so far, so it’s doubly hard to tolerate this sudden freeze.

Here is southern California (ha, ha, ha! It rocks here!) we certainly have nothing to complain about in terms of weather, but I have to admit that even we were quite surprised by the sudden turn. One week it was 80 F and we were wearing shorts and t-shirts and the next week it was 56 F and raining.

(We have it really tough, don't we?)

Jesus F*&^ing Christ that's cold! I am ashamed that I was complaining about it being 13 degrees here in nyc. Ouch.

Okay. Sorry to butt in, but here in my part of Canada, it has been VERY cold. If you think -1 F is bad, how about -20 F? And that's not even factoring in the windchill: try an icy -50.

So how about a little less blame and a little more sympathy?

You know, we had another cold snap here too. Meaning that the snow has stuck around for more than a day.

And thanks for getting the song from the South Park movie stuck in my head.
